I will be disappointed when my product is finished. Blend in some crushed ice and it's almost like a creamy peanut butter chocolate shake! Find one that sounds good and try it! I personally liked mine with 1 cup of skim milk and 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter. The product also comes with some Shakeology "recipes" that you can try. After reading some reviews, I was nervous to fork out the money for the Shakeology since a lot of people didn't like it! Well, I ordered the chocolate Shakeology (because who doesn't like chocolate) and I absolutely LOVED it! It may take a few times of making it to find a variation/recipe that you like, but give it a try! I decided to give the 21-day fix with Shakeology a whirl as I have quite a bit of weight to lose. True Love this product - but it is pretty costly!
As far as the food craving is concerned, I am not sure if it is working because I still like and have junk food, but in less quantity. I definitely recommend if you can afford it. They are all good vegan or not, but I liked vegan better because they are a little bit thinner and lighter and easier to drink. Then after I figured the program works very well, I ordered the sample shake pack. Also, I first started doing Beachbody exercise programs without Shakeology because I couldn't afford it. Funny thing is that when I leave the used shaker bottle for a while, the bottle smells just like any other vegan shake, but when it is freshly made, I only smell delicious chocolate if it is vegan chocolate flavor and tropical fruit if it is tropical strawberry flavor. I don't work for them, so I am not saying this because I am not affiliated with them at all. I tried so hard to like cheaper ones because they are easy on budget, but I had to hold my breath to swallow shake and shake my head before I open my mouth again to hold it down. This is the only one I can drink everyday.
